Teaming Up!

IDBI Fortis Life Insurance Company has devised a performance management system called Goalsurance. The employees have been divided into six teams and encouraged to work like they would play a game of football. Employees will have to set goals and achieve them through planning, practice, team work, coordination and adopting the right attitude. Above all, they should have fun while giving the customers the best.
