Ms Jaya Maddulety, Development Officer (DO) with Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) in Hyderabad, is conducting the RACE Unlimited programmes to empower youth and professionals. RACE is an acronym for ‘Rejoice life, Always be Cheerful and Energetic.’ Her focus is on youngsters in the age group 16-20 for whom she has conducted over 900 sessions.
